Mahatma Gandhi said if Christians would really live according to the teachings of Christ, as found in the Bible, all of India would be Christian today. He even says “I have read the Bible and its good, I like the man named Jesus Christ but I don’t like Christians.”

Use realistic expectations to judge your success. Do not expect to run a four minute mile, until you have trained and conditioned for running.
